Circle what you want and send it back, and we'll fax you a confirmation with the total and how to pay. Once your payment is confirmed, it's delivered to your door.

- 2. They pay in cash at a convenience store, or by bank transfer
- 3. Goods are dispatched once the payment is confirmed

Common questions about using Faxi
How much does Faxi cost?
Email and AI chat are completely free, no registration needed. The Family Plan (¥2,980/month, paid by a family member) adds shopping, appointments, ad-free responses, and richer AI answers with web search and memory. See our pricing page for details.
How does payment work?
The monthly family plan is paid by the family member who signs up. For shopping, the items and the total are confirmed by fax before any order is placed — you can pay with the family card, or your parent can pay for themselves. Nothing is dispatched until payment is confirmed, and an order that goes unpaid is cancelled automatically with no charge of any kind.
Is it difficult to set up?
No setup required on your fax machine. Simply register online with your fax number and start sending faxes to our service number.
How accurate is the handwriting recognition?
Our AI reads handwritten Japanese and English, and neat writing helps. When it is unsure, it does not guess: we send a fax back asking you to confirm.
Is my information secure?
Yes. All faxes are encrypted during transmission and processing. We comply with Japanese privacy laws and never share your data without permission.
What if I need help?
We offer phone support in Japanese during business hours (9am-6pm). You can also send a fax with your question and we'll respond by fax.
What services are supported?
Email and AI assistance are available now, and free. Online shopping is coming soon. Healthcare appointments and help with government procedures depend on partner organisations in each area, which we are recruiting — if you run one and would like to accept fax requests through Faxi, please get in touch.
