Realizing a digital society where no one is left behind
Technology should come to people, not the other way around.
Japan has long practiced a society where no one is left behind. Yet as digitalization accelerates, the burden of connecting the elderly to the digital world falls heavily on government, municipalities, and caregiving operations. Faxi doesn't ask the elderly to learn new interfaces. Instead, AI adapts to their existing fax machines, achieving digital inclusion without placing a burden on either users or support systems.
Vision
A world where the elderly benefit from the digital society without needing to be aware of it being digital. Starting with existing fax machines, shopping, family communication, and information gathering are all completed seamlessly. In the future, AI agents will safely handle government procedures, healthcare, and daily life on behalf of the elderly, while monitoring health and cognitive changes to ensure everyone can live with peace of mind in the digital age.

COO / Co-founder
25+ year career in healthcare IT. Senior executive roles at NEC, Veeva Systems, Aktana, and others. Led nationwide hospital cloud and data business partnerships at NEC. Deep expertise in business operations, partnerships, and organizational development. 21-year collaboration history with Willson.
