The world moved online. Don't leave them behind.

Your family shares photos in a group chat they can't see. The clinic takes appointments online — but not by phone. Everyone around them got faster, more connected, more informed. They got the same four walls.

Faxi turns their fax machine into a bridge to everything the internet makes possible. Email, answers, services — in their handwriting, on their schedule, no new devices.

Sound familiar?

Your parent can't email their own grandchildren

They can't check tomorrow's weather without asking someone

The clinic moved to online booking — they can't book

They have a question and no way to look it up

The family conversation happens on LINE, where they'll never be

It's not that they can't learn. It's that no one built a way in — until now.

2 minutes to set up. Zero for them to learn.

Your parent already knows everything they need to know: how to send a fax.

1

You sign up here

Enter their fax number. Add your payment details. Done. No hardware to ship, no app to install, nothing to explain to them.

2

They send a fax

To the Faxi number. In their own handwriting. A question, a letter to a friend, a request for the weather — anything they want.

3

Faxi reads, acts, and responds

AI reads the fax, understands what they need, takes action, and faxes back the result. They think the fax machine just got incredibly smart.

What changes for your parent

Yesterday they were locked out. Tomorrow:

They email family and friends

Write a letter, fax it, it arrives as an email. Replies come back as faxes. They're in the conversation again.

They get answers to anything

"What's a good recipe for winter soup?" "What does this kanji mean?" "When is Golden Week?" Unlimited questions, answered in minutes.

They know what's happening

Tomorrow's weather. Today's news. Whether the pharmacy is open. Real-time information from the internet, delivered by fax.

They handle things on their own

No more waiting for your next visit to help with something. They have a personal assistant that reads their handwriting.

You might be thinking…

"My parent is too old to use something new."

They're not using anything new. They're sending a fax — something they've done for decades. Write on paper, put it in the machine, press send. That's it. Faxi does the new part.

"I've tried tablets, simplified phones… they never stick."

Those all required your parent to change. Faxi doesn't. There's nothing to charge, nothing to update, no passwords to remember. The fax machine is already plugged in.

"I don't want to spy on my parent."

Good — neither do we. You pay the bill, and that's where your access ends. You can't read their emails, their questions, or their responses. This is a gift, not surveillance.

"What if they don't use it?"

Cancel anytime. No contract, no exit fee. And email is free forever — so even if you cancel the plan, they keep the most important part: the ability to communicate.

Our promises to you

Communication is sacred

We will never cut off your parent's email. Not if you cancel. Not if you don't pay. Not ever. This is the one promise we won't break.

Privacy is non-negotiable

Your parent's messages are their own. No family member, no advertiser, no partner ever sees what they write or receive.

Nothing to learn. Ever.

No smartphones. No tablets. No Wi-Fi. No apps. No updates. The fax machine in their hallway is the only device that matters.

No lock-in. No guilt.

Cancel in one click. Your parent moves to the free tier and keeps emailing. No contract, no penalty, no uncomfortable conversation.

Two minutes from you. Years of independence for them.

Your parent can start using Faxi's free tier right now — just give them the fax number. Sign up here to unlock the full experience.

Paid plans launch very soon. Reserve your spot and we'll notify you the moment it's live.

No charge until we launch. Your parent can start the free tier today by faxing 050-3154-8232.

Still have questions?

How does my parent actually start?

They fax 050-3154-8232. That's literally it. No account creation, no forms, no verification. They'll receive a welcome fax back with their new email address and a guide to what Faxi can do. Most people send their second fax within 10 minutes.

Will my parent know I'm paying?

Not unless you tell them. They use Faxi the same way whether free or paid — the responses are just richer, smarter, and more personal. Many families frame it as "I found you this great fax service" rather than "I'm paying for you." Either way works.

What happens if I cancel?

Email continues unlimited and free, forever. The premium features (web search, memory, multi-page answers, images) go away, but your parent never loses the ability to communicate. We designed it this way on purpose.

Can I see what my parent is doing?

No. The family plan means you pay the bill — that's it. No activity dashboard, no message logs, no read receipts. Your parent has the same privacy as anyone with their own email account.

My parent wants to pay themselves. Can they?

Yes. The annual plan (¥29,800/year, ~¥2,480/month) is paid by bank transfer. No credit card needed. One transfer per year. Some parents prefer paying their own way — we respect that.

What can my parent do without the family plan?

Unlimited email — send and receive, no cap, forever. Plus 5 AI questions per day ("what's a good recipe for miso soup?" or "what does this kanji mean?"). The family plan removes all limits and adds live web search, conversation memory, images, and more.
